About Prima

Local expertise and technology, working together for your property

Created in Mauritius in 2023, Prima supports owners who want to hand over the management of their home, protect its quality and develop its potential, while still enjoying it themselves.

Since 2023 · Local team · Support for owners and guests, 365 days a year

A story that started in the West

Prima was created in 2023 to answer a concrete need: to give owners who cannot or do not wish to manage their home on the ground a capable, transparent service.

The aim: to generate income when the home is available, still let the owner enjoy it, and keep a high standard of upkeep and quality.

To do that, Prima brings together a presence on the ground, property expertise, commercial development, pricing, technology and operational organisation.

Three employed teams

Each housekeeping team is 1 vehicle, 1 supervisor and 2 cleaners. That is 3 teams: 3 supervisors and 6 cleaners, employed by Prima.

Commitment, transparency and performance

Being there for the long run

Being present in the follow-up of the home, the organisation of stays and the coordination of interventions.

Helping you understand and follow along

Defined services, fees you can follow, and clear information on the activity of the home.

Developing your property’s potential, without neglecting its quality

Marketing, pricing and results are worked with the same care as the upkeep of the home and the guest experience.

For a property in Property Management without tourist letting, the work is first about follow-up and looking after the home.

From studio to villa, the same quality standard

We do not select a home on size alone. We look at location, the quality of the property, how it is kept, and whether it can hold the standard guests expect.

Location

A setting that fits how the home is used and the experience guests are looking for.

Build quality

Attention to the quality of the building and the overall condition of the property.

Upkeep

Follow-up of the home and its equipment, to keep them in good order and working well.

Maintenance

The ability to follow appliances and technical needs over time.

The cleanliness standard

Careful preparation of the rooms and the linen, so guests arrive to a home that is ready.

Prima manages homes from studios to six-bedroom villas, against the same quality criteria.

Not every home necessarily matches the level of service we want to maintain.

How you stay informed

Check your calendar, the rates in use, your bookings, your income and your invoices from your owner access. You can also block the dates when you want to enjoy the home.
